18 months ago I buy a 58 inch TV from Best Buy. I buy a 2 year warranty and it dies a few days ago. Geek squad comes out and says too expensive to fix, another TV. I set up for delivery and pick up of the old TV yesterday, and no one shows up or calls. I finally reach someone (I had to initiate the call) and they tell me they will reschedule. They did, 10 days from now to pick up and 12 days to deliver. I called their number and said I am not going to wait two different days. They said we will reschedule. New emails say pick up in 13 days and delivery in 14 days. Call again, system won't take one day. The TV can be picked up, 12 miles away and it will take them 14 days to drive 12 miles. 20 Mule Team Borax? I just want to complete my last transaction ever with Best Buy,.
