Customer Service is Abhorrent

Just awful trying to get to the proper department. The phone system is a rat maze. The reps are NOT knowledgeable. My installer was clueless. My dishwasher leaked and flooded my kitchen and basement!!

My best advice is: shop local in a small family owned business!! You’ll receive better service and they’ll love you for it!!

I won’t purchase pencils from Best Buy. What’s the point?!

I’m sorry for your trouble. Install’s Inc is the WORST!! Their insurance company isn’t calling me back either. I have water damage and I’m pretty mad. Did you file a claim?

I have the same problem. Sedgwick is not responding. My agent is Zachary {removed per forum guidelines}. I sent 4 emails with photos. Why doesn’t he call back? It’s very frustrating. I have water damage to my kitchen from the shotty installation. I posted here last month. How long do the customers have to wait? It’s ridiculous.

Hello StruggleIsReal,

 

Sometimes using our website on a mobile device may not make our official signatures very evident. Please use a desktop computer or you can navigate to the bottom of the page on your mobile device then switch the page view to “full”. This should make my signature populate and the option to private message should appear as I had noted in my previous post.
