Customer Service at Best Buy Woodland Hills

I want to praise Ulises from this store as well as others who were kind and helpful. I had a bad experience at the appliance area. No one was happy to help. They all seemed irritated when asked for help. The manager who took my information was clearly having a hard time helping and could not wait to get me out of the way. He asked me for my apartment number and he didn’t write it. I believe he did it on purpose because I had mentioned that his staff was not pleasant. I.believe he sabotaged the order. Either way, I went through many hoops to finally spread to someone and get help. I don’t believe that Best Buy honors this type of behavior because they will end up like Fry’s Electronics. Hire people that have the skills to handle people who use our hard earned money to spend it at Best Buy and not elsewhere.
