This company has the absolute WORST Customer Service in the industry!!!!
I ordered my daughter a washer, dryer, dishwasher and two large screen televisions along with the necessary parts for installation of the appliances.
The delivery was to occur on Friday, 12/22/19. The; removal and haul away of the dishwasher was scheduled for 12/21/19. Why on Earth wouldn't they haul away the dishwasher while the delivery people deliver the new one? This is the most ludicrous thing I've ever heard of.
Secondly, there was a delivery charge on my credit card when everything was free delivery. I called the incompetent customer service and I was transfered 4 times. I was on hold for 18 minutes when the call was released by the customer service rep. I called back. I was transferred 3 more times. I was on the phone with these moronic people for 1 hour and 49 minutes!!!
DO NOT EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE!!!
I DEMAND COMPENSATION FOR MY TIME.
