Customer Service Complaint

Hello, I have a complaint about the customer service I received during the purchase, delivery, and installation of kitchen appliances. 

 

I purchased a stove, microwave, and dishwasher on 11/15/2022, and the dishwasher was finally installed on 1/09/2023. That is almost two months later after the purchase.  The process was a comedy of errors that took four appointments, one canceled appointment, and dozens of calls to customer service to get it all installed finally. All delivery and installation appointments I made were scheduled through the 'totaltech' customer service. Each time I called, I seemed to get different information and varying degrees of helpfulness which was incredibly frustrating. 

 

I would like know where I can send a formal complaint and to further detail my experience.

i FINALLY FOUND AN ESTIMATOR FOR THE FLOOR WHO WILL ALSO TAKE PROPER PICTURES OTHER THAN FROM AN iPHONE.  EMPIRE WILL BE HERE ON jANUARY 24 FROM 1TO 3 FOR THE ESTIMATE AND PICTURES FOR SEDWICK AND FOR ME TO PICK OUT A NEW KITCHEN FLOOR..   i AM NOT PUTTING IN A WOOD FLOOR AGAIN,  HE CAN ALSO MOVE THE FRIG SO YOU CAN SEE THE DAMAGE UNDER THE REFRIGERATOR FROM THE WATER MAKING CHUNKS IN THE FLOOR MOVING THE ONE OFF THE SOAKED FLOOR.

THIS SHOULD COMPLETE ALL THE REQUIRED INFORMATION ON MY END.

I GO INTO THE HOSPITAL THE 15TH BUT WILL NOT TAKE TOO LONG.  i AM SO THANKFUL FOR YOUR HELP WITH THIS.  i AM STILL PLEASED WITH THE CORRECT REFRIGERATOR I BOUGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE.

I HOPE THE INSURANCE COMPANY MOVES QUICKLY AFTER THEY RECEIVE THE PICTURES AND ESTIMATE.

WHERE SHOULD  EMPIRE SEND THEIR INFORMATION AND PICTURES?
