I need to find help so i can get a custom certificate of insurance to have Best Buy come in to my apartment to install a TV, Mount, etc. i have been on the phone w/ Best Buy for two hours and no one can help figure out.

Welcome to our forums!  I know how important it is to have a COI ready to go before the delivery and install of your TV, so I can’t say I blame you for wanting to get this done as soon as possible.  You’ve certainly come to the right place for help, and I’ll be happy to see what we can do to get your COI sent to you right away!

For me to get started, I’ll just need you to send me a private message with the following information:

• Your first and last name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Certificate holder name and full address
• Date of service
• Delivery/Installation address
• If Additional Insured Status is required, I’ll need the full name of the Additional Insured(s) as it must be shown on the certificate
• Any additional forms or requirements your building may need
