Welcome to our forums!  You’ve certainly come to the right place for help getting the COI your condo is requesting, and I’ll be happy to assist.

For me to get you the custom COI you’re looking for, I’ll just need you to send me a private message with the following information:

• Your first and last name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your order number
• Certificate holder name and full address
• Service date
• Delivery/Installation address
• If Additional Insured status is requested, I’ll need that information as it must be shown on the Certificate
