They should be able to send a small truck request and submit a form for custom COI.
They may ask for you to email them a copy of the Custom COI request that should have been given to you by the condominium office/leasing office/receptionist. It will include all the information of who needs to be listed on the COI.
Please allow 2-3 business days for the custom COI to be emailed to you after submission by our teams.
