Hello,

I have a delivery this Friday and my building requires a custom COI w/ additionally insured - how can I secure that?

Welcome to our forums!  I know how important it is to get your COI taken care of well before your delivery takes place, and I’ll be happy to assist!

For me to get you the custom COI you’re looking for, I’ll just need you to send me a private message with the following information:

• Your first and last name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your order number
• Certificate holder name and full address
• Service date
• Delivery/Installation address
• If Additional Insured status is requested, I’ll need that information as it must be shown on the Certificate
