Hi. Can someone please help me customize a COI needed for my building to deliver a large Best Buy product? I have a few requirements from my building that must be completed on the COI. Thank you very much in advance

Welcome to our forums!  As someone who’s lived in a building that required a COI for delivery myself, I know how important it is to get this part of the delivery process completed as soon as possible.  You’ve certainly come to the right place for help, and I’ll be happy to see what we can do to get your COI sent to you right away!

For me to get started, I’ll just need you to send me a private message with the following information:

• Your first and last name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Certificate holder name and full address
• Date of service
• Delivery/Installation address
• If Additional Insured Status is required, I’ll need the full name of the Additional Insured(s) as it must be shown on the certificate
• Any additional forms or requirements your building may need
