Hello Vanessa - and Team-
I responded via private message last night. I apologize for the urgency but my building is being very insistent. I have also emailed the template for the COI and the Hold Harmless agreement to Risk Management as I was directed to do yesterday from an individual at the call center.
I can resend the email to whomever necessary but I would sincerely appreciate it if this was addressed quickly. The instalation is scheduled for tomorrow. (also - if Best Buy is using a third party to send the TV - I can work with them to get the Custom COI and Hold Harmless agreement- I would just need to know who the company is)
