When our delivery teams visit multi-unit properties with common areas, customers are often asked to provide a copy of Best Buy's Certificate of Insurance (COI) to allow Best Buy to enter the premises and deliver product or perform services. We offer a standard form that addresses most requirements, but some buildings may need additional information.
If needed, our team can request that a custom COI be generated to make sure your delivery goes smoothly. These requests can take up to two business days to be completed, so contacting us as soon as possible is recommended to prevent any delays.

Updated COI needed! Best Buy canceled my delivery again and now the customized COI that I was given is invalid. I contacted the person who helped me last time, but have not heard back. Can someone please help me with this?

I also need an indemnity agreement for my co-op before a delivery and installation can occur. I have been on the phone with customer service multiple times. No one has been able to help me.

Urgent need of customized COI. I have an upcoming delivery and installation of a gas range and our coop management would not take the general COI. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hi! I have a refrigerator that needs to be delivered and installed. I sent my building the downloadable COI and they are requiring a customized COI. The delivery was supposed to happen tomorrow, 12/31, but I had to reschedule to 1/5 because of the COI issue.
Can you help me with this? I can provide my building's requirements - I need to be listed, my building needs to be listed, and the managing agent needs to be listed. I'm so frustrated because I called Customer Service twice already to ask about this and they told me it wasn't possible. The third time I called, the woman said she would help me and she sent me a customized COI without getting my building requirements and then I was disconnected. It was only through doing a google search and getting a hit for this forum that I saw others had requested a customized COI. I don't want to have to reschedule the delivery again and I'll need the COI to cover the installation as well.

I have an upcoming dishwasher installation on Thursday, April 14, and need a custom COI and Covid waiver (both of which I have examples of) in advance for my building to approve the work.
Is anyone able to assist?
