When attempting a delivery for a new washer on Friday, August 16th, the delivery truck caused damage to our condominium's property. I spent almost 2 hours on the phone that afternoon trying to find someone to provide me with a custom certificate of insurance which has been requested by our property manager. No one understood my request (and I spoke to 3-4 people both on the phone and over a chat session). I reached out to Marsh directly at the email provided on the general COI on your website to see if they could assist but they (understandably) replied that the request for a custom COI must come from Best Buy.
The delivery has been rescheduled for this coming Monday but I'm afraid the truck will be turned away if the property manager does not have the custom COI by that time in light of the property damage that has already occurred. Please let me know to whom I can send the language required for the custom COI.

I hate to hear that your had some damage when your delivery first happened. I can certainly understand your need for the Certificate of Insurance (COI) that you are requesting in order to make sure that you're able to have them back to complete the delivery. Luckily, we should be able to help out!
