Continuing slooooooow repsonse from Sedgwick

We have been working with Sedgwick off and on for a month. I provided them with everything they need (as far as I know) almost two weeks ago and have not heard a thing from them since then.  I sent them another e-mail two days ago but am still getting nothing.

 

Best Buys's assistance with this appears to be needed once again.
