Contact email

Is there really no other contact, such as email, than the horrible customer service telephone #?
I had a problem with a delivery and receiving a damaged item, not because of the delivery but because of the poor packaging. I seriously don’t think that the customer service rep either listened or understood my point. I am seriously bothered by my experience. I even went to the Facebook page to see if I could message anyone and see that there is no option for messaging. I am refraining from writing a not so very nice post publicly on the page.

Welcome to the forums and thanks for the post! I can imagine I’d be quite disappointed if I received a damaged item. While we don’t currently have a customer service team reachable via email, I would be happy to help here on the forum!

I would like to see what I can do to make the situation right. In order to do so, I will need to request a little bit of additional information. Would you be able to send me a private message that includes the following?

•    Name
•    Email
•    Phone number
•    Shipping address

Additionally, which item was damaged? Provided this, I’ll do my best to help!
