Constant Reschedules

I purchased a TV from Best Buy online and picked a delivery date of July 30th. I received a voicemail on July 29th at 7:20p reminding me of the appointment. During the appointment window, Best Buy called to tell me they needed to reschedule, that the TV I bought was no longer in stock - well it was in stock when I bought it so how about you stop selling things to people when they've been sold to someone else? Anyway, fast forward to today, my "rescheduled" delivery date. Again, no tv. I received yet another call to reschedule. 


We just bought our first home and are trying to get things put together put its impossible to arrange our livingroom without the TV first, it's the focal point. This has been a very frustrating experience with no real resolution even in sight. 


Reading some of these horror stories - I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever get the TV?
