I ordered an expensive laptop from best buy and had it shipped to my address. Fedex said they delivered it, even saying I signed for it, when no delivery driver has even come to my address.
I filed claims with both Fedex and BestBuy but neither company is doing anything about it. They just reference a pdf from fedex that said it was delivered. I wouldn't be on here posting if I had the laptop.
I also disputed the charge with my credit card provider. This is unacceptable customer service from two big companies.
Can someone help me resolve this issue. I do not want to pay for a much need computer twice.

We appreciate you taking the time to connect with us on this, and if you did not receive this laptop I can certainly understand you being concerned that it is showing as having been delivered. If the package was signed for at the delivery address, you would need to work with local law enforcement to have them investigate what happened to the delivered laptop. We would of course fully support any law enforcement investigation in any way we can. If you have disputed the charge with your credit card company we would leave this in their hands to resolve moving forward.
