Computer Delivered to the wrong address

On 11/20/222 I ordered a computer.  

On 11/21 I received a text from Shipt saying it was delivered.  It was not.  The Shipt employee advised me to look for it in the neighborhood and then contact BestBuy.  I did.  The representative said it was delivered to a home with a black door.  

I did not find the home.

I called BestBuy and a replacement was ordered

This day by day could not be fulfilled.  I was never told why.  Until someone said it was being reviewed by a verification department.  

I called day after day.  Until Black Friday, when the item was sold out.  

I asked to cancel the order for a refund.

This has been in "review" for 7 days.  No contact, no information.  There is a picture of the original item being delivered to the wrong house.  

I am now out 649.99 and I have no computer.  I had to get it at a higher price from a different merchant.  So I'm now out that money as well.  I need someone to help. 

Customer service says to wait.  I've done that.  I need someone to take charge to get me an answer.
