Complaint

Where do I turn to report an issue with a TV installation? Apparently you have to schedule audio setup at the same time as the $350 installation (10mins to put up the wall mount) otherwise you have to pay another $199. Are we serious?

Welcome to the forum and thank you for connecting with us regarding your recent TV installation. Purchasing a new TV would be incredibly exciting, especially if you were having it mounted. With that said, it would also be incredibly convenient to have the service include setting up the rest of your home audio equipment. Were you under the impression this would be completed with your mounting service? Or were you under the impression it was under a different price? Currently it appears that basic audio setup is priced at $129.99.

Basic audio yes. If you want the cable set top box signal routed via the sound system it's $199. However I'm told it's cheaper if ordered in-store as part of the installation service. This is crazy! You literally charge people $350 plus tax to make four holes in the wall for the wall mount. It takes 10 mins. Everyone reading this should NOT buy this.
