I'm having issues with an order I recently placed where the fridge was dropped by delivery guy and I will be w/o a fridge for a week and a half. I called Customer Service and the agent Mario kept giving me a runaround and his supervisor Linda refused to speak with me. I need to file a complaint and need to speak with someone from corporate. How can I get in contact with someone from Corporate?

You've come to the right place. This is the corporate campus here on the forums and it's responded to from there. Due to the Christmas shopping season, you may encounter a delay in response but they will work with you. If you have contacted Best Buy through another social media outlet I would continue to work with them in order to get to a resolution as having 2 open cases can confuse staff.

I can understand you being concerned over being without a working refrigerator for a week and a half, after this delivery team dropped your fridge. I can file a complaint for you, and I work at our Corporate Headquarters. I would love to look into this for you.
