Good Morning,


Last week I ordered a tv and mount and paid for the third party to come install it for me. When the delivery guy showed up a week later he didn't have the mount. He explained there was nothing he could do and left the tv in the box. I called the store I bought the tv from and the sale representative was very rude so I asked for a manager. Chandler the manager called me back. He gave me $50 off and rescheduled me for the next day (July 18th). This morning no one shows up and I get an email that I need to schedule an appointment. Someone canceled my appointment without telling or calling me. I called the store back and the sale representative says the earliest he can schedule it is for next week. I asked to speak to the general manager and he said okay let me take down your information and hopefully he'll call you back. Steven called me back and explained that he didn't know what happened and would try to get ahold of them. This is beyond ridiculous. All of the Best Buy employees I have interacted with are disrespectful. This is some of the worst service I've ever had. Steven is the only one who kept a calm head and is trying to solve the problem and apologized. The store at 3201 S Interstate 35 in Round Rock, TX needs professional development around customer service and how to defuse situations instead of escalating them. I want to know how this is going to be rectified.
