Complaint with Geek squad support

We had geek squad install our TV installations. We have had issues with the TV and volume and have to turn off and on several times. We finally said why are we putting up with this? My husband called and got India where they told him $250 at a minimum to come out??? This is an installation issue that we paid for. I expect you to stand by your service
