Complaint - unprofessional gas dryer installation

I purchased a LG washer (WM4200HBA) and gas dryer (DLGX4201B) at Pasadena Best Buy on 4/17/21.  The machines were delivered and installed on 4/23/21.  The installation technicians set up the washer and dryer set, replaced a new gas valve.  After they left I started using the dryer and I smelled gas in the laundry.  The smell did not go away  after minutes and was getting stronger.  I finally turned off the gas valve.  I called the So. California Gas Co. to check for gas leak on Saturday 4/24/21.  The gas company technician came on Sunday 4/25/21.  He identified the gas leak was due to the use of a adapter by the installer between the gas hose and the valve.  The use of that adapter was not professionally justified when installing a hose to the value.  The gas company technician had to remove the adapter and installed a new gas hose, sure he charged for the labor and parts.  My complaint is that I trusted the Best Buy installers with confidence but I ended up spending time, inconvenience and money to get the gas leak problem fixed.
