Complaint about Best Buy and appliances

I think this will be the last time I order any type of appliance Online from Best Buy. I have been waiting almost a month to get a dryer delivered. I could understand if the dryer was on backorder. But this has been a horrible experience. The first time the wrong dryer was delivered I was told I needed a gas dryer. ( I will take responsibility for that since this is my first home and I didn't know I needed a gas dryer). I went ahead and called the best buy and ordered the gas dryer and two pedestals since the dryers were low to the ground. Now I have missed 3 days of work and a bunch of rescheduling due to either the delivery guy not showing up or the wrong dryer being delivered. Only to be told this morning that they do not have a dryer to be delivered today. Now I have to wait another week to see if they can get this straight. I need to talk to someone from corporate because this is how Best Buy does business with new customers. I will go back to P.C Richards where I never had any issue with any of the products I purchased.
