I had paid Magnolia to come out and run speaker wires, installed speakers and ethernet connection. Everything turn out well, except for my in-ceiling speakers in my home theater. I have four speakers installed and only two is working. I spoken with the Magnolia Project Manager who oversee the tech that install the equipment. I haven't receive any response from anyone to come back out and check the wires that they have ran. I will need assiting with this issue. I am a Best Buy Elite member and this is very unprofessional.

I have four speakers in the ceiling and only two are getting sound. I used a battery to test the speaker to verify each speaker and I was only to locate two speakers. One in the back and one in the front. I am not able to locate the other two in-ceiling speakers.

Welcome to our community. I can think of little more exciting than having a new home theater installed and that means that I can imagine the frustration of discovering that the work was not completed successfully and as expected. I was unhappy to hear that despite your having reached out to the Magnolia Project Manager, your concerns remain unresolved.
A few days have passed since you published your message. Have you been able to obtain assistance from your project manager to resolve this issue?
