I ordered appliances on 7/3/21
paid for everything including installation.
2 weeks later delivery arrives and they claim that I need to pay additional $450 for installation.
They took everything back.
I call BestBuy. They say it is their mistake and they will do everything with next delivery.
I was waiting for that delivery at the appointment day.
delivery Never came.
delivery Company said BestBuy cancelled it and there was no note why.
i call BestBuy for refund
Phone call took 2 hours waiting
they refunded partially
i am $200 off
I need my money back. What should I do.
