Literally, a delivery appointment over twenty times. It always works the same way. I make an appointment either through the app, the chat, or over the phone. I get a confirmation text saying that it's scheduled and then I get an email or text saying that I need to reschedule in a couple hours. Over and over again. Then I call and hear the same thing. I guarantee you that it's scheduled now, I see the problem. Never works. This is starting to get maddening. I don't care about getting a gift card or whatever your idea of a something to make this better. I just want my delivery setup for real so that i know when I need to start prepping for my new appliance. Is there anyone out there that can actually fix this for me
