Complaint - Horrible Experience

I am extremely disappointed with Best Buy - I used to be a loyal customer who will stop doing business with the company. I recently bought a range and an over the range microwave and the experience from the sale to the delivery was a complete disaster.
1st of all, only 2 days before the delivery set date I was told that one of the item would be delivered 3.5 weeks later. After explaining to the representative that I have a contractor who was waiting for the items to complete my kitchen and that their last day was the delivery date, I was told that the company would not be able to assist for any inconvenience and all that they could do is charge me for the install (in a very nonchalant way)

2nd of all after asking the employee if should see if there would be another available option for the missing item and looking for it, she presented me with a less performing product at regular price not taking into account the bundle offer that I was initially getting; and telling me this would be my only option considering that I am still loosing as a result of the negligence of the company informing me about the change last minute.

3rd of all on the date of the delivery, after being told by an agent that the delivery tam would be able to move my old appliance for me and place the new range where I wanted without installing anything. i had to beg the the delivery guy not to leave to oven at the entrance and take the box after being told that he’s here only to deliver and leave. When asked if he could move the other oven; I was told that this was not part of the agreement .

After reaching out through phone, email and Facebook not getting any help or answer. After realizing that they don’t really care about about my concerns. I decided to use the forum as a platform for me to express my frustration. I don’t expect to get an answer or help at this point; however I know that I will no longer do business with Best Buy moving forward.
