I was very disappointed with the customer service that I had received at the Eastvale Best Buy Store #775. I brought in my vehicle that was in excellent working condition with no dashboard warning lights to the Best Buy store #775 to have a car stereo installation. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, it was no longer in excellent working conditions. There were multiple warning lights that appeared on my dashboard along with my speedometer not functioning. I spoke with the installer who worked on my vehicle and he failed to take any responsibility for my vehicle no longer being in excellent working condition. I then proceeded to speak with the store manager Derick and explain the situation. Derick was uncooperative and failed to address the issue. I was and still am very dissatisfied with the approach Derick had with my problem along with the customer service I received. My whole experience was unsatisfying and I need to know what steps are going to be done to resolve this issue.
