Complaint! $200 Geek Squad Delivery

Bought two TVs and two stands in the Round Rock store to be delivered and setup. We set the date for today 2/20/20. Yesterday I look at the order and it says I have to reschedule with no reason. I call customer service and they tell me my items are back ordered and will not be here til March and I can reschedule for the 6th. I asked if I picked different items could it still be delivered, she said yes. Yesterday I went to the North Austin store and they looked at my order and told me that everything was fine and that I could still have it delivered today 2/20 and they don’t know why I was told to reschedule because everything was available. My window was 8-12. When I read the confirmation email, it had the wrong number. This has been the worst experience of my entire life. They asked for a number at the store, gave them my cell number multiple times. The number was still wrong on the order and I have not received my delivery because they have been calling the wrong number. Complete Idiots. I’ve been calling all day and have told multiple reps the correct number and they are still calling the old number. I still don’t have the delivery and I paid $200 for the total tech membership plus more to to have the furniture assembled. It’s was a complete waste of my money and time. I will never use Best Buy ever again after this terrible experience.

Thank you for visiting our community forums. Getting a new TV should be an exciting experience so I can imagine your frustration to see that your delivery needed to be rescheduled.
