My concern is regarding my recent order # {removed per forum guidelines}. This refrigerator arrived Tuesday with scratches along with cosmetic defects . It did not arrive in new condition and actually looks more of a refurbished unit. I hate to return it just to get replacement that could end up being worse. Would you be willing to credit me back a fair amount for keeping it with its current condition ? Also had horrible service from the delivery people but thats entirely different story.
