Claims issue with Sedgwick

On a scheduled delivery of a refridgerator on May 3, the driver of the Geek Squad box truck backed into my gate. A file was claimed with Sedgwick. I have urged the importance of this gate because we live in a very rural part of Arizona with a severe coyote problem. It is now, however, 19 days later, and I have not recieved any payout for this claim. I have sent in photos and estimates, and they have sent out an independent adjustor...however, they have offered no resolution.

Welcome to our Best Buy Forum community! Although I wish you had connected with us under happier circumstances, I'm glad you took the time to reach out to us for support.


It's never ideal for damage to occur, but I can understand how it would be especially stressful to have a gate damaged when you depend on it to keep coyotes away. That is far from the experience we intended to provide when you trusted us with your refrigerator delivery. 


Although it's disappointing to hear you're not hearing from your case manager with a solution as quickly as you were hoping, I'm glad you let us know so we can help.
