Back in early December a delivery team damaged my bathroom floor. A claim was started with Sedgwick. I received 2 emails and 1 call. I've sent over the requested information and pictures and have not heard back from them. I have repeatedly made phone calls and emails, contacted their support and have heard nothing from Sedgwick. Can I get some assistance on this issue?
The last communication I had with them was December 17th 2018.
