Chest Freezer - need customer service assistance

I have had a number of serious issues with Best Buy's appliance delivery system and the services rendered. I have tried calling customer service and wrote my concerns via the delivery survey, but have been unable to get in contact with anyone yet. My schedule is third shift so it is kind of hard to reach anyone during normal business hours anyway, but when I have made attempts to get this done, it has been quite an obstacle. I just need to discuss these issues with someone, especially since one of my problems is that the item I bought new arrived with a scratch on the door. Please help. Thanks.

I have had some serious issues with this delivery and have gotten no help from Best Buy regarding said issues. And now, I can't even get a response on here? What gives? Would anyone like to assist me. I have all the details, but didn't feel like writing them all out on my original post when I am going to have to repeat them in a private message once I receive a response. But in order for that to happen, I need to get a response in the first place.
