I have a delivery scheduled for Tuesday, October 5th 2021 and the generic COI does not meet my building's guidelines.

I require a COID that includes my name and address, as well as the name and address of my management company.  I can provide a pdf with information and instructions, as well as confirming the address of my apartment unit once someone gets back to me.
