Welcome to the Best buy Support Forums! I know a lot of buildings these days require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for a delivery, so I totally understand the urgency around this. 

By following this link you can download a general COI. The majority buildings will accept just this! If you need a custom COI, we'll need you to utilize the button in my signature to send us a Private Message. Please be sure to include your order number, as well as your full name, email address, and phone number should you need to send us a message.
