Hi, I have been on the phone with several customer reps for several hours and none of them seem to be able to help me. I will need a certificate of insurance for my building before my delivery/installation which is scheduled for 10/09/2018 otherwise the technicians will not be permitted in the building. I can provide the requirements (address, names of insured etc). Please help me out. Thanks.

Our dishwasher is damaged and we placed the order on 09/14 via BestBuy. We have had our delivery/installation postponed three times. Our scheduled delivery date is now 10/29. This is unacceptable. Please help.
