Car damaged during mobile install

I had some work done on my car (amplifier, speakers, lights). After getting my car back there were a ton of warning lights that were coming on that were not there before. I have reached out to the store in regards to filing a claim, but this has not led to anything. The "insurance agency" that I try to contact says they do not have a claim for this, but the store is insistent that one has been filed.

 

Is there a corporate number/email I can use to attempt to file a claim?

Thanks for reaching out to us on Best Buy Forums. I can certainly understand wanting to ensure that a claim has been filed for the issues occurring with your vehicle. I do regret that there is not a way to file an auto installation claim via our Corporate Office, as this must be done by the store who performed the installation. I would, however, be happy to try to check on the status of the claim for you and ensure that one was filed.
