I purchased a car remote start 2 days ago with free install. However, I was unable to schedule an appointment, because everytime I clicked on schedule an appointment I would get an error that something went wrong on your end and to try again later. I tried throughout the day but no luck.
I ended up going to geeksquad page and booking an appointment for a remote car install through that page, and it allowed me to do it. Now I wanted to link that reservation to my best buy order of the remote start and free install, so I chatted with a best buy rep who said they could not do it, and it was best that I call the store where the install is supposed to happen to make that change.
I have been trying to call them for the past 2 days but no one picks up. I have the appointment to get the remote start installed tomorrow, but I'm concerned that they will ask me to pay for the install even though I bought the remote start with free install.

Thanks for stopping by to ask your question. When you show up for your appointment just show your receipt or order number to the Geek Squad Autotech. All of our remote starts come with installation included and we simply just need to see your receipt. Hello,
I was actually able to go to the store and the Installer was there (Brian) South Setauket Store in NY. He was extremely helpful and did do the installation next day. I have to say.. Brain is awesome and definietly deserves kudos for how knowlegable and how courteous he is to customers. Thank you for your help.
