For our teams to troubleshoot this with you, it seems they would need to see the vehicle in person. This allows our techs to see if any physical connection may be causing the concern.
I would recommend scheduling a time with their team at your earliest convenience. They should be able to get this sorted once they take a look in person.

I can reach out to your local store's leadership team to see if any troubleshooting may be done over phone.
That being said, they may still recommend that the vehicle come into the shop.
