This install was scheduled on {removed per forum guidelines} at the Pasadena location for 3/27/21 and when I arrived I was told they do not have an installer. It seems the only installer at this location is on a leave of absence but appointments are still available for being booked online. I was told I could choose another location farther away and schedule an appointment with them. When I picked up my items so I could take them to another location for installation, my order including installation was closed and I am now not able to reschedule, only schedule a new appointment.

Thank you for posting on our forum. I'm sure you were excited to complete your car audio install yesterday, and I hate to hear that this appointment had to be cancelled.
