I bought a pair of SONOS speakers for my business. I had some difficulty setting it up, so I called the Geek Squad to come out to install it. Once they arrived, they tried all of the installation tricks, but could not figure out what to do. They said that they would return with a solution in a few days. After a few days of waiting for a call back, I decided to try a few things, and it ended up working. Since the geek squad did not help the problem, I wanted a refund. I tried calling the customer service number, and was disconnected after being on hold for an hour. What is the best way to pursue the refund?
