Cancellation nightmare

We ordered a free standing oven. It was supposed to be delivered last Wednesday 6/24 with a window of 7:00-1:00. It was not delivered and they rescheduled it for Saturday stating it still had not shown up at their warehouse. 10 minutes ago we received another notice its been rescheduled again for Monday. The problem is that when you call the help line it's a 2 hour hold time and even worse when you finally arrive to an actual person they can't help you at that level so they need to transfer you to somebody who can help. Their phone system then transfers you to nobody...... and you start the game all over again. The store can't help and they advise you call the 800 BestBuy number. Do you see where I'm going with this. I've been trying to cancel this order for 3 days. Hours of my life I can't get back. This company is completely unorganized with their communication. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE THAT REQUIRE DELIVERY. I can also tell you that my client had the exact same problem with them 3 weeks ago with a washer and dryer. They give a delivery date that is never going to happen, another delay, delay, delay and your left hanging, waiting etc.
