Canceled Delivery the Day Of

I purchased a bit more expensive microwave solely because it was in stock and could be delivered and installed within the week. Day before install I received 2 verification calls, one from installer and one from BB. Guess what - canceled my install the next morning and wanted to do it another day. I took the day off so I could be here! Lost a personal day off work because of incompetent people. Could have canceled the day prior and I would have been fine. All they offered is an unknown amount for a gift card after install. I'm replacing my entire kitchen in pieces. This was the first piece. Yall lost about 9-10k. Working on a Bosch 800 series kitchen.
