Cancelation

I ordered a TV at 10:30AM this morning, Monday, Mayb27 with same day delivery. I checked in with the store it was being sent from (kings plaza) at 6:30pm. They told me the driver left without my TV. At 8:07pm I recieve an email letting me know that my item is delayed and arriving tomorrow. I stayed home all day waiting for the TV and will not be home tomorrow to recieve it. I spoke with several customer service reps requesting to cancel this order because I will not be home and do not want the item stolen. They refuse to cancel it. I already called Mastercard and will be disputing the charges. You have the choice to cancel the item if you like but I will not be paying for it as the item will be stolen if left for me. You have absolutely the worst customer service I have ever come by and that is saying a lot for NYC.

I know how important it is to ensure you are home for the delivery of an item like this. As someone who grew up a rock throw away in New Jersey I had to leave notes on my door and be vigilant any time UPS/FedEx/Amazon/USPS were coming by. It can be a complete nightmare but it's just the rule of the land when living in a big city area like NYC. That being said, I'd love to take a look at your order and see what we can do to get this sorted out and resolved in a favorable manner. Once I have that in my hands I'll be able to verify your identity and weigh our options from there.
