Can’t schedule appliance delivery!

I ordered appliances a month ago on July 12 - washer, dryer, and refrigerator for my new home. At the time of ordering, the products were in stock and had delivery dates within a week. I waited to schedule these deliveries as that was an option, and I was not sure exactly when I would close on my home. 


I received emails prompting me to schedule the delivery. About 2 weeks ago I tried to schedule the delivery online, but the website said 'No appointments available'. I thought maybe there's a bug in the system, so I chatted with someone online. They told me one of the products was still being manufactured. I said that's weird, I never received a notification that there would be a delay. I call back 3 times after this, with every single time being told that the items are available in the warehouse and I would be notified about when I can schedule the delivery. And of course, there are never an emails. 


On my most recent call (today), the agent said it was very strange that there are no delivery appointments available - he even said on his end, there was no dates that he could select (clearly an issue with the system) and this was unusual; there's no way that there aren't available appointments until 2023?? Despite being the most helpful agent thus far, he told me once again that I should be notified in 24-48 hours. He said realistically, my appliances will maybe be delivered end of this month. MAYBE. Even though I ordered them a month ago and was never told of any delays. 


Seriously about to cancel my order and order elsewhere. Is there any way I can escalate this? I close on my home in a week and won't have any other options.

I am also in the process of closing on my new home, so I certainly understand how important it is to make sure that everything is ready for you when you pick up the keys. Appliances typically have a limited window of available delivery dates, with that window expanding each day. I would be happy to look further into this and find out what is possible.
