Hi Good Morning,
Please Help!!
I am unable to get any information from Sedgwick. They will not return my calls or emails.
I had an issue where a BB tech installing a washing machine forgot to hook up a drain line properly and the washing machine flooded our house.
I filed the claim with Sedgwick and provided them with pictures, videos and receipts. Now they will not respond.
Here is the following info:
Ryan {removed per forum guidelines}
Order from Best buy store in Rock Hill
Damaged occured on 6/22/19, 10 minutes after installation.
Claim filed with sedgwick same day.
Sedgwick claim # {removed per forum guidelines}
Claims Rep: Connie {removed per forum guidelines}
Ph: {removed per forum guidelines}
I have been unable to get a response from her or anyone at Sedgwick.

Hello rdgators,
I can understand why not being able to get ahold of your claims adjustor would be stressful. Property damage is a very serious matter.
Have you tried to call in to Best Buy to see if an update can be requested?
It is worth mentioning that Best Buy will not be given the direct update, however, we do have a process to reach out to the Sedgwick leadership team and request that you be contacted by a different claims adjustor if you are not getting responses from your assigned adjustor.
Hopefully you have already received a response, but if not, please do call in at 1-800-433-5778 (1-800-GEEK-SQUAD) and ask a property damage claim update request to be submitted on your behalf.
