Can't Cancel Item for Incorrect Delivery

Hi there -- I accidentally purchased an electric washer/dryer unit instead of a gas unit. The delivery driver came over the weekend and discovered I purchased the wrong item -- he was very nice about it and said the order will be cancelled and to re-order the correct appliance. I am unable to cancel the order because it says it's still "In Progress" -- I called customer support three times and no one was able to cancel the order for me and transfered me over to the warehouse who was unable to help me as well. Please let me know what I need to do to cancel and repurchase the correct item.

Thank you for visiting us here on our community forums and lettings us know about your order. Having been in the same position as you are I can certainly understand wanting to get this taken care of as soon as possible. Often times an order can't be modified on the day it has gone out for delivery. Have you been able to get help with this? If not please let us know, we'll be happy to see how we can best assist you!

Thank you! They were unable to cancel part of my order yesterday but a few items are unable to be cancelled because it says it says I need to reschedule the delivery. Its been stuck like this for a few days now. I’d like to cancel the order completely but customer support says they’re unable to.
