Camera Installation

Hi,
I originally order an 8-Channel camera system through Best Buy a few months ago. At the time, only 6 of the cameras were installed. As a total tech member, i knew I would schedule to have the 2 remaining cameras installed a few weeks later.
The original technician was scheduled to install the remaining 2 cameras; however, he canceled in an unprofessional manner and the consultant that was assigned to me has failed to respond to my emails.
I have attempted multiple times to contact the store of purchase with no luck.
Any assistance with this issue would be appreciated.
I can provide additional details with dates, times, more unprofessional behavior displayed by the technician via direct message.
