Call, No Show

Had a washer/dryer scheduled for dlievery 3/19/22. That morning receive robocall that delivery was confirmed. Later in the day received call from driver tha titem would be delievered today, Window was 1-5pm

 

Get a call back later saying our items were not on the truck, and that they'd have to go back and get them. After that, crickets. 6 pm, still never showed up. Chatted with customer service rep, stated that I'd have to wait until after 8 pm, and if they didn't show up, would have to reschedule.

 

In the meantime, on the website, I have a service and a delivery order. They both say I need to schedule, like I had never done it. The service order allowed me to reschedule, the delieveyr says "we been you to schedule your appointment." but with no option to actually schedule it. If I go to the appointment details screen, appliance delievery says needs scheduling. I can try to schedule it, and it "confirms" it, but never actually updates.

 

I'm fine with it taking awhile due to worldwide supply chain issues, but dont confirm an item for delivery if you can't deliver it. Seems to be an ongoing issue with BestBuy.

 

Hoping someone here can help me, as chat has been useless.

Thanks to Keith, my delivery was rescheduled and they arrived on the date and on time. Thanks so much for the help.
